As Rhode Islanders say goodbye to 40 years of family fun at the Rocky Point amusement park, heroes David Bettencourt, Harry Cawthorn, Liam Gray and crew are creating the documentary, You Must Be This Tall as a way of preserving history and reliving the good times so many locals cherished.  You Must Be This Blog follows their documentary efforts, trips to the park site, progress with the film, and meetups with Rhode Islanders to collect memorabilia and interviews. Blog posts center around one picture with diary-style entries annotating their journey. Demolition Day gives you an idea that the end of the Midway, thrill rides, decades of baseball, and chowder has truly come. Thankfully, the story of Rocky Point Park won't be forgotten. The film premieres September 7.
